We have hosted camps in Canada with coaches from some of the most storied clubs across Europe including Arsenal, Benfica, Swansea, Ipswich, and Bolton Wanderers. Due to popularity, now we are combining coaches from our partner clubs to create a well-rounded elite camp experience.

ENGLISH METHODOLOGY
Players follow a curriculum from four elite English clubs, across the football pyramid, utilizing age and level-specific methodologies supplied by UEFA-qualified academy coaches. This is the same training pathway used in EPL/EFL academies across to develop professional players.

STRUCTURED PATHWAY
The EFX Camp is the beginning of a structured pathway for ambitious Canadian players. Players are evaluated by the camp coaches, with the most talented receiving invitations to continue their progression at their club environments back in England, and if they impress, a longer term residency.
TECHNICAL & TACTICAL
During the camp, participants work according to an analytical method designed to improve their technique, which is vital for the player to progress. By offering exercises inspired by some of the most talented players in world football, we give participants the chance to see how the biggest stars and players from our youth teams develop their technique.

We ensure that the young players become accustomed to different play concepts, everything involved in each playing position, quick decision-making, and other playing tempos. By using real situations, the player acquires awareness of how best to act in each precise moment.
REWARD
All players will be carefully assessed by the professional coaches from England. Players that demonstrate an elite level of technical and tactical acumen, will be invited to their home come in England.
They will rain under academy coaches from the professional academy coaches, watch 1st Team Training Sessions, and experience what life is like for a professional player.

Formerly a coach at U12s age groups at QPR and a personal player development coach, he was previously working at the academy of another EFL team, Watford.
His coaching philosophy is centred on developing intelligent players who can make effective decisions in every phase of the game, while enjoying the learning process.
